That's Me! :)

I’m not really comfortable describing myself; I’m wary I might sound a little narcissistic.

That’s why in my Facebook account, I said that the best way to know me (if you want to, that is) is through my friends. So I leave it up to you to ask them.

But just for the purposes of this exercise, let me try with the best of my efforts :)

1. I like singing. And if you happen to be around me, this should be very obvious to you.

2. I have the tendency to be very opinionated; and with that I meant actually going into an argument (but constructive).

3. Much as I want to deny, but yes, I am vain. You could tell with some of the photos I will share to you in this blog.

4. I have an inkling for social involvement. For me, cash donations is a lame excuse to help. True service is being involved.

5. On the surface, I may strike you as a very serious person but I can be very cool once you’re able to break the ice.

6. I am a dreamer, and an achiever. I guess this is a product of being raised a La Sallian.

7. Here’s a word cloud describing me. The shape follows that of a musical note, which shows my inclination to music.

A product of vanity… and a bit of adobe animation

This is a my output of Photoshoped photo. Actually, I also made use of Image Ready — an extended capability of Adobe Photoshop. This saves your file as a .gif, which gives you the liberty to animate your output (notice the lighting fonts).

Of course, this will not look as good without a help from a good friend photographer.

IMPROMPTU SINGING :)

This is just actually a collection of videos, which I put together using a video editting software.

Admittedly not very well done. I could have made a way better output, but time is just not a luxury I can afford. So please bear with the lame video editting, and just enjoy the content. hehehe…

I posted this in vimeo.com as part of the exercise required in the .ppt workshop.

Enjoy! :)

I am a firm believer of getting involved.

I am a firm believer of getting involved.

What ever cause you might want to support, the important thing is you do your part in spreading and raising awareness.

Again, I would like to stress that financial donation, although is a big contribution, is a lame excuse to not get involved. Use your talent, impart your knowledge, share your time — this is the best way to help. True service is getting involved.

This video shows how you can educate people, and create awareness with the use of your talent and a little of creativity.

a conventional story of rags to riches.

a conventional story of rags to riches.

A story of a very poor lady who went through a lot because of a series of unfortunate events in her life, but was able to pull through because of two things:

DREAM and DETERMINATION

A commencement ceremony is a celebration of success. Ironic as it seemed, the speaker talked about failures and its benefits — a learning that is not usually taught in the academe.

Who would dare talk about death or dying?
